We have the solution, we have come to an arrangement to retail some of the most wonderful garlic and Olive Oil available.

We have been working with a passionate family of growers to bring you the best Australian selection of Garlic. The garlic we sell to you is guaranteed to be grown without the use of chemicals, artificial fertilizers, sprout inhibitors, etc.

The garlic is currently grown on a three year rotation program, with a garlic crop being followed by a green manure and legume crop. These crops are then turned into the soil to increase soil organic matter and nutrient levels, thus reducing the risk of disease and pest problems.

The soils have been enhanced by incorporating organic mulch and compost, certified organic fertilizers with natural ingredients, and biological preparations. The garlic is planted in raised beds to prevent water logging, which potentially affects the size of developing bulbs.

We are about to take delivery of our first lot of stock. Pricing is yet to be confirmed but we are developing a very competitive arrangement with the grower. But lets face it we should all be supporting local farmers and australian organic and certified biodynamic farmers. They work hard to improve our produce and soil and that is good for us and our future.
