 I used herbs2home for the first time a month ago at The Age’s Harvest Picnic at Hanging Rock. Our product (the Konu Pocket Knife) creates pockets in any food types so obviously I made a delicious stuffing featuring (H2H) freshly picked mint and continental parsley mixed with pea, lemon and feta; pocketed into lamb backstraps. The results were raved about by all in the VIP Marquee! The magnificent plantar boxes of freshly grown mixed herbs and other veggies H2H sell assisted in setting the aesthetics and fragrance of my display Front of House too; of which were picked and eaten with the cheese station. I love that the herbs are ready for picking as soon as they’re delivered, which completely takes the hassle out of establishing them yourself. It’s a convenient and consistent way to have fresh herbs on hand ready for cooking and the burst of green they provide in the garden is fabulous.

The herbs arrived last Sunday and I have noticed how fast they have grown in the time I have had them. I am absolutely thrilled. We had our first rocked salad tonight (tasted so fresh). My partner used the continental parsley in our scambled eggs on Sunday and he could not believe how soft and flavoursome the parsley was.
